Sex & Hope are a multi-national band that play original Hip-Hop tunes with respect to it’s forefathers: Soul, Jazz, Funk and Blues. Also included are touches of Afrobeat thanks to the diversity of our musicians. The beauty of their group, a free fusion vibe that is difficult to encounter around the world and much less in Madrid. At the moment the band has residency in the emblactic Sala Juglar located in downtown Madrid every Wednesday. The group has played in various prominent locations around Madrid such as Conde Duque, Plaza España and El Matadero. Above all Sex and Hope are a band ingrained in the community and generate a social network of musicians in and around Spain and Europe. Their motto is Love, Peace and Hair Grease the original motto of Don Cornelius(R.I.P.) from the legendary American TV series Soul Train. And they hope to continue with the precedent that was set a great time, a great vibe and great music. With that being said they hope to see you soon.
